married while holding their 7 month old daughter
Anthony + Charlotte

Family Friendly Backyard Wedding

With Ren Faire Vibes

A wedding held on the land her grandfather bought in the 1950s. Bringing together their community from all over the world, from every stage of their lives. All of us, alongside their 7 month old daughter, bearing witness to the life they’ve built and the one still unfolding. How wondrous is love that, after finding his mate for life, it reunites us with a pal from high school. Two souls having lived and wandered across the world, narrowly missing each other in different corners—until love and time finally synced up and said, now.

There is so much story in these photos.

Like carrying their daughter instead of her bouquet during their first look because Amelia just woke up from her nap and was fussy. Their dog Maggie coming inside the house when she wasn’t allowed to and laying in front of the door where Charlotte got ready in. Recreating her parents’ wedding photo surrounded by paintings of their family that her father painted. The axe by the cake that sort of inspired the vibe of their wedding. Listening to their friend sing a song he wrote just for them. We hope this brings them back to all of it.

Italian inspired backyard wedding in Palm Springs.

This one didn’t happen on a family backyard but they were going for a backyard vibe and it was fun.
