Orange County Engagement Session
Maria emailed us last year about their wedding. Casual, fun loving, light hearted, minimalistic. All the adjectives we love to hear. We excitedly responded back — and then we heard crickets. After a few weeks we figured they decided on someone else, not the first time, certainly not the last. Then completely out of nowhere she emailed us again saying they gave it some serious thought and wanted us because “we’ve looked at other photographers and you guys were the only ones that made us feel super excited about taking pictures”. I mean, we had no idea they were even still thinking about us.
Sometimes we get flabbergasted when we meet couples that are our kind of people. Casual, fun loving, light hearted, minimalistic. Like how was it that just an hour ago we were strangers and now we’re running through fields of ladybugs, doing gangster poses and laughing our tushes off.
It’s a good feeling to create with couples who trust us.
This session happened at the right for us, where we needed to share good laughs and let our hairs fly free. And in the end they were the ones that made us feel super excited about making photos with them.
