Downtown Long Beach Engagement Session
They were both in an adult dodge ball league. She had no idea who he was, but he went right up to her and started to talk about Game of Thrones. Because naturally that’s always the best conversation starter. After that she knew exactly who he was.
We started their session in their home. Books everywhere, the floor blanketed with a large red vintage rug, light streaming through the blinds and a pup ready to snuggle. Afterwards we headed out into the city, their city that they love and fell in love in. We ended the afternoon on top of a hill overlooking the city watching the sun go down in a blink of an eye and the skies turn into cotton candy.
We loved this session. The spontaneity of the city, finding the most unassuming spots, stopping in the middle of the street because the light was too good. These two trusted us wholly and we just appreciate them.
We love love sessions. There’s just something about them, a freeness, a different vibe from weddings and we can’t get enough of it.
