Orange County Wedding
What do you do when you’ve got a four hour break in between your wedding ceremony and reception?
You change into your converse tennis shoes, go to the very same Carl’s Jr you had your first date and order the same exact meal, wander into a greenhouse, light up a smoke bomb in a parking garage and take photos along the way.
Obvi.
We’ll be honest. That four hour gap in between really threw us off when we were setting up the schedule. But of course we ended up having the best time playing chauffeur, giving us more time together to talk between us four and “letting everything just flow” (hashtag inside joke).
We stopped at places all near our neighborhood. Places that we have walked by daily, always envisioning a shot. Waiting for the opportunity we could take a couple there. Wedding photos in a parking garage? They didn’t even bat an eye and that was the best part.
Spending time together. Taking it slow. Allowing moments to happen and the creative juices to pump into high gear. It hardly felt like a wedding day and those are the best kind of days.
This is just a few. Sending Khoa+Nancy off to a good start right before their honeymoon. Have fun fun you two.
